Bytes

Bytes is three men and a pile of theory, the most restless record on early Warp. The Black Dog packed more ideas per track than anyone around them and refused to let any of them settle, which makes it exhausting and thrilling in equal measure. It's the sound of a group arguing beautifully with itself. It ranks here because that restlessness is both its genius and its limit, but nothing else from that moment thinks as hard.
