Eight hours of live-coding and generative practice make NTS Sessions feel more like a document of Autechre's working method than a conventionally composed album. The scale resists a single arc. Thirty-six tracks, the last of them 'All End' at fifty-eight minutes. Individual stretches still reach some of the duo's most abstract and unpredictable material.
