Second Toughest in the Infants opens with twenty minutes that never resolve and never bore, 'Juanita/Kiteless/To Dream of Love' unspooling like the band had found a groove they couldn't bear to end. It's Underworld at their most patient and their most confident, trusting the listener to stay with a track that refuses to arrive. 'Blueski' and 'Stagger' drift where the opening holds, which is what places it here rather than higher.
