Why it's here
Afrika Shox and a bass weight that allegedly cracked plaster
Rhythm and Stealth is Leftfield's second act, 'Afrika Shox' and a bass weight that allegedly cracked plaster in the studio. It's darker and heavier than Leftism, less interested in songs than in sheer physical force, and it mostly earns the punishment it delivers. It ranks at eighty-one because it's less varied and less inventive than the debut, a record of impact more than range, but the impact is genuinely enormous.
