Polar Sequences

Polar Sequences was recorded in the Arctic, and the field recordings are the record, The Higher Intelligence Agency and Biosphere building something out of genuine cold and remoteness. It's ambient with a real sense of place, the environment itself becoming the composition, and the collaboration produced something neither might have alone. It ranks at a hundred and eighty-nine because it's more document than statement, but the document is beautiful, and the sense of place is total.
