Elektroworld is Drexciya doing Kraftwerk tribute, the joke affectionate and the record great, an electro homage that stands entirely on its own. The Elecktroids built something loving and genuinely accomplished here, paying respects to the ancestors while making music good enough to deserve the comparison. It ranks at a hundred and sixty-five because it's a tribute rather than an original vision, but the tribute is joyful and expertly made, and the affection is infectious.
