Dostrotime proves Squarepusher can still make drill'n'bass feel like somebody is trying to outrun the software. 'Arkteon' appears three times, opening, middle and close, holding twelve tracks of invented words together. The programming is brutally sharp, but the record works when the playing sounds impatient with the grid instead of proud of having mastered it.
