Thomas Köner came from sound art and Andy Mellwig from engineering, and together they flooded techno with hydrophone recordings and harbour noise for Chain Reaction. Biokinetics is the most immersive dub techno anyone has made. Anguilla Electrica arrived twenty-one years later and is recognisably still underwater.
