It's stadium house that knows exactly how absurd it is and commits anyway, and the tunes are undeniable even as the whole project winks at the listener. It ranks at a hundred and twenty-three because the concept sometimes overshadows the music, but the music is genuinely great pop, and no one else played the game quite this knowingly.
