Sea Biscuit gives San Francisco ambient techno a warmer low end than much of its British counterpart. Spacetime Continuum build around bass, melody and slow movement, placing each element so the record still carries its weight. It exemplifies a sound where the records above it extend one. Among American entries in a mostly European scene, none is better.
