Orchestra of Bubbles works because neither Ellen Allien nor Apparat disappears inside the collaboration. Her clipped techno instincts drive it while his melodic detail and softer textures keep opening the frame, creating a tension between propulsion and delicacy that neither artist reaches alone. 'Jet' is the longest thing here and the one where you can hear both of them refusing to give way.
