James Ginzburg and Paul Purgas treat sound as material to be stress-tested until something gives. They started in Bristol, have recorded inside disused buildings, and use architecture as an instrument, which puts their work as comfortably in a gallery as a club. The self-titled album made architectural noise a genuine Bristol export.
