Dust masks, Vicks VapoRub, and a genuine chart career. Mark Archer and Chris Peat came out of Stafford in 1991 with Activ-8 and Infiltrate 202 and turned hardcore into public theatre. Full On Mask Hysteria is that era as spectacle, and it hits considerably harder than most records from the period that took themselves seriously.
