Why it's here

Oneohtrix Point Never builds Replica entirely from chopped television-advertisement audio. 'Sleep Dealer' and 'Child Soldier' carry names too heavy for their sources, which is it's whole method in two titles. The collage becomes genuinely unsettling long-form music instead of a nostalgia exercise. Plunderphonic instinct turns into compositional practice.
