Axiom gives MGUN's Detroit-rooted house and techno a rough, floor-first character. Fourteen tracks and half the titles are clipped to a syllable. That is about as much presentation as MGUN offers. The lo-fi surface adds personality and the simplicity of the structures still shows. What matters is how directly the grooves land.
