City of Clowns extends Marie Davidson's deadpan spoken-word techno-pop into a newer chapter without losing the dry wit or commanding vocal presence that define her work. 'Push Me Fuckhead' and 'Sexy Clown' sit third and fourth, and the deadpan survives both. The production stays sharp and functional, but the personality remains the strongest reason to keep listening.
