Escapology

Escapology sounds like Kode9 studying movement after removing most of the scenery. Fifteen tracks in thirty-five minutes, six of them under two, so nothing gets long enough to settle. The rhythms twitch, pivot and refuse the obvious landing point, and the stripped frame makes every displacement easier to feel. It is less a grand club statement than a set of strange little balance tests.
