He grew from lo-fi house curiosity into a genuine Brainfeeder craftsman, which few of his blog-era peers managed. His father's rave tape collection runs directly into the music, and the VHS nostalgia became an actual compositional voice rather than a filter. Family Portrait is far more personal than the scene it emerged from.
