Global Communication's harder twin, where Tom Middleton and Mark Pritchard applied the same total craft to sci-fi techno that they brought to ambient. The name came out of their Evolution and Universal Language labels. A Collection of Short Stories is considerably more aggressive than 76:14 suggests they had in them, and one of the great British techno albums.
