A percussionist working alone in a studio with marimba, gongs, ocarina, glass and a reel-to-reel, playing almost everything herself and overdubbing the rest. Through the Looking Glass is minimalism with African and Asian rhythm underneath it, and it is the most physical record in this field. It was unobtainable for decades.
