Stephen Hitchell works in Michigan and points everything at Berlin, which is how most of the American end of this style operates. He also records as Echospace with Rod Modell, and between them they built a second capital for dub techno. The Seduction of Silence is echo science of the highest order and makes no concession to impatience.
