En-Tact

En-Tact is psychedelic rock defecting to rave completely, 'Move Any Mountain' and the Shamen abandoning their guitars for the dancefloor with total conviction. It's the sound of a band reinventing itself as a rave act and mostly pulling it off, more committed to the transformation than most of their peers managed. It ranks at a hundred and sixty-one because the songs are uneven, but the best of them are genuine rave anthems, and the conversion was wholehearted.
