Wet Will Always Dry is Blawan's hardware sound getting a full album before anyone house-trains it. Eight tracks, all between five and seven minutes. That is the only orderly thing about it. The distortion still snarls, the drums still feel slightly dangerous and the structures are just disciplined enough to stop the brutality turning into one long bruise.
